As CEO of MacheMinds, Nastaran is responsible for the overall strategy, product vision, and partnerships with Dutch educational institutions. She leads the development of the company’s circular education concept and ensures alignment between the product, market needs, and sustainability goals. Her role includes building relationships with schools, education networks, and innovation programs while guiding the long-term growth of the platform.

As CTO, Raziyeh leads the technical development of the MacheMinds platform. She is responsible for designing the constraint-based AI architecture, implementing the feasibility engine, and ensuring the system can translate children’s drawings and classroom constraints into executable build plans. She oversees the platform’s scalability, security, and integration with classroom workflows.

As CMO, Neda is responsible for the marketing and communication strategy of MacheMinds. She focuses on positioning the platform within the Dutch education ecosystem and building awareness among schools, teachers, and sustainability initiatives. Her role includes managing digital communication, educational partnerships, and outreach to school networks and educational organizations.

As COO, Mahdi manages the operational execution of the company’s strategy. He oversees pilot program coordination with schools, internal workflows, and the implementation of classroom testing and feedback loops. His role ensures that product development, school pilots, and operational processes run efficiently as the platform scales.
